Description
Key responsibilities include:
• Strategic planning and spending decisions across a range of marketing channels, programs and customer segments
• Promotion and messaging planning, collaborating closely with merchandising and site teams
• Plan and execute all CRM Email Marketing campaigns, including testing and analysis
• Manage all marketing partnerships with the primary goal of customer acquisition; Maximize awareness, customer acquisition and retention through our partnership with Allure Magazine
• Plan and implement delivery of targeted offers to grow basket size and reduce attrition
• Support development and implementation of other retention programs, including rewards program and relationship-building efforts Metrics-driven analysis of channel performance and program results, as well as research and analysis of consumer insights and buying behavior
• Partner with strategic vendors to drive new buyer acquisition.
• Plan vendor funded promotions to drive sales and increase retention.
• Budget management and forecasting
The ideal candidate will possess a clear direct marketing orientation coupled with strong consumer focus and instincts about how to build a meaningful brand. Desired qualifications:
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience
