• Define, develop and drive the customer/member acquisition strategy across all brands
• Create a best in class Relationship Marketing organization
• Define, develop, and drive the customer/member retention strategies
• Drive revenue and profitability objectives through strategic planning, research, and ability to initiate new revenue opportunities in new and existing markets
• Establish the company voice
• Increase brand awareness and enhance brand equity for broader exposure, clearer positioning, and differentiation
• Ensure all decisions are made with our Customer’s interest in mind
• Fully understand who our best customers/members are and how we can better serve them
• Control all customer/member ’touch points’ and optimize branding and messaging
• Leverage external relationshiops to optimize exposure of the company and products in all media channels (primarily Internet and Direct mail) through innovative marketing
• Manage and develop a world class Marketing team
• Work as a cohesive member of the company Management team
Job Requirements:
• Have 10+ years of online and offline marketing experience, of those 5+ years as an executive of a high traffic, consumer facing, brand name company
• Have a strong record of success in customer acquisition, retention, and building life time value
• Have a deep understanding of the full range of online marketing acquisition programs and interactive media alternatives
