Description
• Lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions that provide meaningful insights, targeting, and measurement that advance the business objectives of brands.
• Select and supervise third party vendors to support analytic-driven marketing solutions.
• Manage and oversee the resources, budgets, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of data, analytics, and strategic analyses that meet the business objectives of the brands.
• Determine quantitative methods for solving business issues using the following tools and techniques:
o Predictive statistical models
o Customer profiling
o Segmentation Analysis
o Survey Design and Analysis
o Data Analysis and Mining
o External Data Enhancement
o Break-Even Analysis
o Marketing Mix optimization
o Digital analytics
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years working experience in the analytics landscape with a specific focus on database marketing and CRM engagements
• Education: Graduate degree in Statistics, Operations Research, MBA or related field required
• Job Experience: 10+ years experience in a quantitative marketing arena developing large and complex solutions
• Computing Experience: SAS, SQL (recommended)
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral presentation skills; experienced team player
