Description
• Drive content execution of all marketing initiatives across channels, including video content for appropriate channels.
• Conceive and execute all fashion front window messaging.
• Drive and disseminate blog content.
• Continually brief the Creative organization on initiatives, objectives and strategies, and create processes for interdepartmental efforts.
• Continually innovate on site fashion message opportunities, and develop meaningful programming designed to engage the customer, e.g. Boutiques.
• Balance revenue and fashion authority goals in creating front window message.
• Continually assess performance at the message level, and constantly improve performance.
• Partner with buying and marketing to create content that is aligned with retail and marketing needs.
• Oversee, implement and deliver weekly and seasonal editorial calendar ensuring issue content is on brand, balanced and in keeping with editorial and commercial direction.
• Develop fresh and original content ideas and new initiatives at the beginning of, and throughout, the season which are commercially viable, promote sales, on brand, on trend and will provide fashion / shopping direction to the customer.
• Strategize and gather meaningful and relevant content from designer interviews, to behind the scenes video.
• Provide creative director and designers with a clear brief and direction for individual editorial stories.
• Work with marketing and creative to drive initiatives to promote slow selling produce
• Ensure up to the minute knowledge of the online retail / content marketplace.
• Attend showroom appointments as required throughout the season.
• Develop key metrics for success, and continually track against them.
• Direct and supervise staff
