Global, successful company is seeking to add a sales professional in the Northern VA/DC market to join their corporate sales team.
The outside sales professional will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and securing corporate accounts. This is a "hands on", feet on the pavement kind of role.
The core responsibilities of the role will include: Identifying, qualifying and capturing new business, providing excellent account management and building strong client relationships; and providing active contribution to company growth strategy and wider business plan. Delivery of results against set objectives.
They are searching for a corporate sales person who will cover the VA/MD/DC market with sales office for support in Springfield, VA. Reporting to office at least once a week, and then out in the field selling!
Company offers:
> $60k base salary plus 25%-30% bonus (first year end average at $80k total)

Requirements:
-must have at least 2 years Sales experience in a business to business environment.
-must have experience sourcing new business and developing external industry relationships via prospecting, networking, cold calling, meeting face to face with clients, presenting products and services, negotiations, closing the sale and thorough follow up.
- must have strong hunting and farming sales skills; and be a strong relationship builder
-Must have experience working previously in a quota driven sales environment with documented success.
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
