We are looking for a talented, driven and experienced Senior Manager, Vendor Management (DMM) responsible for:
• P&L responsibility: Drive top and bottom line and optimizing all aspects of the category P&L on Amazon.com by delivering rapid selection expansion, smart pricing, efficient inventory management, margin improvements and top notch customer experience.
• Team management and development: Grow and develop a sizable team of vendor managers and buying operations staff
• Vendor management: Build strategic partnerships with key vendors, drive vendor profitability metrics, and develop collaborative marketing and advertising programs
• Pricing strategy: lead team to develop and refine online/offline pricing strategy
• Process Improvement: As a new and growing category, candidate must be able to invent and drive continuous process improvement and automation across our systems to scale.
