The user experience director is responsible for the development of research and methods for collecting and analyzing data about a user’s responses to multimedia, voice and interactive interfaces.


Responsibilities:

• Establish department goals and develop user interface (UI) strategies to support the Company’s objectives
• Provide direction and leadership in developing plans and practices to achieve goals
• Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of the division’s programs including user-focused research studies
• Partner with management and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in user interface (UI) design, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business
• Develop and monitor department budget
• Ensure alignment on priorities and direction by partnering with other groups and leaders
