The Director, New Business Development is responsible for achieving revenue goals associated with key national or strategic accounts. Completes the sales cycle from account identification through close of the sale. Works closely with clients to identify mobile marketing opportunities. Assist in developing short- and long-range revenue generating strategies and plans. Direct team to ensure optimum communication and cooperation with sales and marketing activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
-Minimum 5 years’ business development experience in media/advertising
-Strong ability to sell services to major accounts.
-Proven track record of leading business growth and increasing profitability.
-Excellent leadership skills - has a proven track record leading a team to desired results.
-Must be a highly motivated self starter capable of defining objectives and consistently achieving results

Company offers a base salary of $100k plus a 40% incentive target ($140k first year end); benefits and career growth opportunities.
