About the Director of Client Services Position
As Director of Client Services you will be an integral player within the agency, overseeing an account team of managers and analysts.  You will assume a senior role on major accounts, responsible for the strategy, execution and profitability of ambitious performance-based digital initiatives.

Key
Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing senior management on a portfolio
    of up to 10 accounts or several initiatives for a single, large account
  • Working directly with CMOs and brand managers
    of Fortune 500 and/or other major brands on results-oriented digital campaigns
  • Negotiating seven-figure budgets and
    campaign details with clients, providing holistic strategic vision across a
    variety of digital media channels, and regularly cross-selling and upselling
    new opportunities
  • Balancing
    gross margin on digital campaigns along with the strategic needs of the client
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating an
    account team to develop and execute on multi-channel digital campaign
    strategies for clients
  • Project-managing (and/or delegating the
    project management of) multiple client initiatives including; but not limited
    to, campaigns, development of ad creative, websites, and back-end applications
  • Reporting to the EVP, Client Services as
    well as the founding partners regarding campaign performance and client
    satisfaction

 

Desired
Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years  experience managing results-oriented digital
    campaigns, primarily in agency settings preferred
  • Demonstrated
    skills in the art and science of digital media buying, client relationship
    management, as well as team mentoring and development
  • Proven
    track record of success with national digital campaigns
  • Solid
    interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to excel in cross-function
    teams
  • Strong
    project management and delegation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Thorough
    understanding of the components, metrics, and nuances of results-oriented
    campaign, including in display (including buying through a DSP), search, email,
    social media, mobile, and co-registration
  • An excellent understanding of optimizing
    media purchased on a CPM or CPC basis to CPA targets
  • Expert facility with Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter
    who flourishes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and fun environment
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong
    academic record

 

Compensation:  Competitive base plus
