Nicole comes to Hawthorne Executive Search with six years of national executive search experience. Nicole has a particularly strong track record in the placement of sales and marketing professionals within the medical communications space.
Over the past several years, Nicole has expanded her practice to include CRO and other life sciences services. Nicole prides herself on developing long term working relationships with her clients, which include several top pharmaceutical companies. Nicole believes this is the key to her success and enjoys being such an integral part of her clients growing needs.
Among her recent successes, Nicole has completed multi-city search projects for a Medical Education Organization, placed the Vice President of Marketing for a Clinical Information firm, and executed searches in dozens of domestic markets for Medical Communications companies. In addition, Nicole also has placed many Medical Writers and Medical Directors across North America.
Nicole graduated from Lynchburg College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Education.
