Cathy has over seven successful years experience in executive search where she ran her own company for four of those years. She brings this experience to the market to source the highest caliber recruits to meet her client’s needs. Cathy’s success comes from her specialty in understanding her client’s needs and specifications to fulfill their requirements quick and efficiently. She prides herself in being detail oriented, reliable and a self starter who gets the job done.
Cathy’s sourcing methodology is to thoroughly qualify a candidates experience, personality and goals to ensure they are the best fit for a client’s needs. Cathy also provides the extra touch of being a liaison between the candidate and client where she follows the candidate through the entire interview and hiring process, taking care of every detail.
When not working, Cathy stays busy with her 3 children, Thomas, Tyler and Madison, along with her husband, Rob. In her leisure time she enjoys boating, tennis, and skiing. She earned her B.S. degree in English and Management at Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C.(3 time National Football Champions)! She was raised in Gainesville, Florida and is an avid Gator fan.
